    Our Mission

    WIL@HEC is one of the many Professional Clubs organized under the umbrella of the HEC MBA Council. Originally formed by female participants, WIL@HEC is open to all members of the HEC MBA student body. The club aims to support both men and women in their career development and create an environment where future leaders learn to manage across differences and use the power of diversity as a competitive advantage.


    Our Initiatives include

  •  Providing “career booster” sessions to MBA participants via coaching and mentoring

  • Featuring role models by organizing “Vision of Leadership” conferences with outstanding female executives (CEOs, entrepreneurs, journalists, sportswomen…)

  • Developing connections with external networks, by attending roundtables and conferences, especially
